Life Is A Ryeway Rye IPA - 6.9%
Brewed with a high concentration of rye for a spicy and full body malt profile. Hopped with Amarillo, Citra, and Falconer's Flight. Notes of hibiscus and spice.

Curry Sweet Potato Pierogi - Curry Sweet Potato Pierogi, Shrimp, Jasmine Tea , Preserved Lime and Mango

Pillow Top (Strata) Hazy Double IPA - 8.3%
For this version of Pillow Top, our Citra based DIPA, we highlight Strata hops. Known for contributing a diverse array of flavors and aromas ranging from citrus to tropical fruit to cannabis.

Banana and Peanut Butter Pierogi - Miso, Banana, Peanut Butter Pierogi, Tamarind Cherry Jam, Nori Chocolate, Togarashi

POP Blueberry Fruited Sour - 7% contains lactose
A fruited sour intended to mimic a blueberry tootsie pop sucker. Blueberry dominates the flavor with a kiss of Costa Rican cacao nibs roasted by Tabal in Wauwatosa. Brewed with American malts and fermented with a naturally souring yeast from Berkeley Yeast. Acidity is present but not overpowering.

Char Siu Pork Pierogi - Char Siu Pork Pierogi, Szechuan Orange Marmalade, Soy Roasted Mushrooms

Before The Barrel (Wisconsin Whiskey Fest collab) Imperial Stout - 13% contains lactose
A giant imperial stout made with American and British malt, American and German hops, and an english yeast strain. Expect the beer to be very thick with low carbonation to emphasize the big luscious body. Notes of milk chocolate, brownie batter, and Hershey's syrup. Mild fruitiness from the english yeast.

Upon arrival, you will check in at the bar and receive your beer flight and a pierogi flight voucher. You’ll turn the voucher in at the Hot Dish table and will receive a text when your pierogi are ready. Easy peasy!
